By downloading or using an app published by Keating Apps LLC you agree to these terms and to the terms of the store you downloaded it from.
Licence
We grant you a personal, non-transferable licence to use the app on devices you own or control. You may not copy, modify, resell or reverse-engineer the app.
Purchases and subscriptions
Prices are shown in the store before you buy. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, through your Apple or Google account settings. Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their policies.
Not professional advice
Exam-prep content, permit information and similar material is provided for general guidance. It is not legal, financial or licensing advice, and passing an exam or obtaining a permit is not guaranteed.
Your content
You keep ownership of anything you put into an app. You are responsible for backing it up.
Disclaimer and limitation
Apps are provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law, Keating Apps LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the app in the 12 months before the claim.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.
